Each batch undergoes rigorous laboratory testing for denial of gluten presence even with extremely small concentrations, as well as the denial of other allergens such as eggs, sesame, soy milk, and more. The dishes are made using the “cook& chill” and then undergo a deep freeze, a technology that ensures dishes quality while maintaining maximum food value in the meal.
